I was at an health event over the weekend and had major conversations with some lovely ladies about healthy foods, tip, and drinks …
I did promise them I’d put up healthy smoothie recipe’s this week on the blog ..

- Blend in Stages to avoid having Leafy chunks.
- Avoid Sweeteners if you can.
- Always add the ice last. Otherwise you may over blend the ice and it will make your smoothie watery
