Agege Bread Suya Burger

Holla from my mama’s kitchen … to your kitchen…..

Today Recipe is pretty interesting and adventurous  and very Nigerian too..

Let’s Begin with SUYA and what it is for those who do not know.

Suya is a spicy shish Kebab(skewered meat) which is a popular food item in West Africa.

Suya is generally made with skewered beef, ram, or chicken. Innards such as kidney, liver and tripe are also used. The thinly sliced meat is marinated in various spices which include  salt, vegetable oil, and it is then barbecued.

Suya is  then served with further helpings of dried pepper mixed with spices and sliced onions.

Now, Agege bread on the other hand  is  simply a popular type of Nigerian bread that is loved by many.

The combination of the above with a little vegetable and spice makes the most amazing burger ever……
